We hope that everyone who buys a ticket is able to come to BiCon 2023.
However, we understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected circumstances arise.
Our refund policy is therefore as follows:
Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 in the run-up to BiCon 2023 will receive a full refund and a free ticket for our online content.
In all other cases, refunds (minus the booking fee our payment provider charges us) can be paid up to the following dates:
- Friday 14th July for residential tickets.
- Thursday 20th July for non-residential and online tickets.
All refunds will be paid by bank transfer.
